Battery died in a shopping center parking lot yesterday. Called AAA and JL was dispatched to assist. Got there quickly and had the battery diagnosed (bad battery over 5yrs old) and swapped out very quickly. I believe Mike was the tech, and he was very fast, professional, and honest. What could have turned into a long afternoon of waiting for assistance turned out to be a just a minor inconvenience thanks to JL 's prompt service. Highly recommended.

Wound up with a flat on my way to school drop off/work. Wasn’t in a place to change the tire myself with two kids in the car, so I called J&L on a recommendation. The dispatcher was honest about the time frame and Michael showed up even earlier and literally had me back on the road in ten minutes. Even helped me unload it which wasn’t easy since the car wouldn’t start; and had no power steering.
